In the past fortnight I’ve…
- bottled about 40 jars of honey (from The Queen of Hearts hive)
- made 7 jars of black truffle-infused honey
- made a gallon of slightly spiced mead (to join the currently fermenting gallon of blackberry wine and 4 bottles of sloe gin)
- made 8 jars of back ‘n’ green allotment tomato chutney
- made about 12 (it’s bubbling in the pan right now!) jars of hot ginger and allotment marrow chutney
